Once your party date is scheduled and confirmed via email or phone; for us to plan an event for the right size, we need a good approximation of the number expected to attend your event, a week ahead of the event itself. This is what we provide to you for your event:

Understanding how many RSVP’s helps us plan human resource needs in order to offer your customers the best party experience, and to make the event profitable for you and your guests.

Reservations are typically booked two or more weeks in advance. Our experience has shown us that parties planned well in advance are better attended and more profitable for all concerned. It also helps us plan for optimal staffing.  Thanks!
Within one week of your party, we will call and/or email you to better understand the number of confirmed guests you are expecting. This is very crucial, to make sure we can best serve you, and increase the payout at the end of the event to you and/or the non profit of choice!
